Meghan McCurry, DO
Dr. McCurry received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from University of Pikeville, Kentucky and is one of one of our second year Family Medicine Resident Physicians. She enjoys swimming, hiking, writing poetry, reading and playing the piano and flute.
Loretta Ancellotti, FNP
Loretta Ancellotti is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of clinical experience as a healthcare provider. She has been providing excellent health care to patients of both Lake and Mendocino County with emphasis on health promotion and health prevention. Loretta joined Consolidated Tribal Health Project in 2024 and is eager to see you.
Amber Gilmore, MD
Dr. Gilmore graduated from East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine and attended residency at MAHEC in Hendersonville, NC. She received additional training by completing the Obstetrics fellowship in Spartanburg, SC. She lives in Ukiah and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Chase and their dog Aran. Dr. Gilmore is providing care in family medicine, obstetrics, and women’s health at CTHP, and is faculty member and teacher of resident physicians at the Adventist Health Ukiah Valley Family Medicine Residency program.
Juan Gaido, MD
Consolidated Tribal Health Project (CTHP) is pleased to announce that Dr. Juan Gaido will be returning to our clinic in September 2024. Dr. Gaido brings extensive experience to the CTHP team and will provide high-quality pediatric care. He received his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras and completed his medical training at Duke University Hospital. Dr. Gaido then finished his residency at Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans and has been in practice for over 20 years. Dr. Gaido specializes in Pediatric Pulmonology, focusing on the treatment of lung and respiratory conditions in children. He is eager to contribute his skills and knowledge to our practice. Dr. Gaido will start seeing patients in September 2024. Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office at 707-485-5115. His addition allows us to expand our pediatric services for patients aged 0-21 years who require well child/adolescent visits, sports physical, school physical, annual physicals, immunizations, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic disease and screening for Autism/ADHD. This expansion will provide more convenient appointment options to fit your busy schedules. Dr. Gaido’s background and training have prepared him well for a rural clinic like ours. With his expertise and warm demeanor, we are confident he will be an exceptional asset to our team.
Jill Buller, MD
Dr. Buller received her studied medicine at Loma Linda University here in California and is one of our second year Family Medicine Resident Physicians . She enjoys cycling, camping, cooking and interior design/home renovation projects.
Nancy Incerti, Acupuncturist
Nancy Incerti is a Licensed Acupuncturist. She received her master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science. She has been practicing Acupuncture for 24 years. Nancy treats many health conditions, including pain (acute and chronic), anxiety, digestive disorders, and immune disfunctions. She practices Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herbology. She includes lifestyle and nutritional recommendations with her treatments to address and align complete health. She takes into consideration the state of the body, mind, and spirit, to better help heal the whole person. She enjoys working together with her patients to help them reach their healing goals and ultimately create a happier life for themselves.
