What you can do in the Portal:
The portal lets you view lab results right away without a follow-up appointment or playing phone tag.
Be an active participant in your own healthcare. Secure messaging that allows you to ask questions or refill prescriptions privately, any time of the day or night.
You can save yourself time by completing health history and consent forms and updating you contact information in the portal ahead of check-in.
In the portal, you can pay bills with a click instead of a check, opt into eStatements, and save credit cards on file for future use.

Important: When you register as a patient, make sure to give CTHP your email address. An email address is required to use the Patient Portal. If you change your email address, you must let CTHP know and you’ll need to sign up your new email address to use the portal (only with the portal, not as a new patient).

Note: Not all functionality is currently available in the portal. Appointments can be requested through the portal.
